  I took my car in twice in one week. I had a nail in my car and it was fixed within an hour or less. I was impressed! I went and picked up my car later and there was no problem. When I got my car back, it drove so well. it made me so happy and I did not have an appointment.

  It was a great experience, had Danny assist me, the thing was that i had to get the transmission on my car fixed, and i was counting on my warranty to fix that, and they actually helped me with that, not only they did got me a new transmission for my car

  Absolutely wonderful staff. Fantastic service in the front of the house that made everything easy. All I had done was a replacement on a plastic trim piece and it was done very well. Got my truck back washed and that was a nice touch.

  I had an appointment with this dealer on 9/24 and it was my first time ever going there, I traveled about 45 minutes to them. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with top notch customer service, they acknowledge you immediately and all the staff was so friendly!

I bought my car about a year ago and a few weeks after I had a headlight out, I brought it back in and they fixed my headlight and did a multi point inspections FOR FREE! Also this is the only place I'll go to have my car serviced! They are quick, reliable, and efficient! Love love love this dealer!!

I just bought a car and the process was beyond of what I had expected, the sales person and manager were very helpful with the deal I got, I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process, so happy I came here!!

  Not only that it's a plus for this place as a GTR Certified Dealership (which is a requirement for my ride), but the service department really treats their customers with the utmost care and professionalism. Rafael is my service rep and Luis is the GTR tech. I've gotten to know them both and they are extremely pleasant to work with.

  How could I ask for more the team work shows. I do have a closer Nissan Dealer that I could go to but that one is the worst nissan dealership I have ever had to go to and even reported them to Nissan. But these guys and Nissan of Mission hills could teach them a thing or two. So to the team here I say THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Great people I have purchased a vehicle from them 2011 also just returned my leased vehicle. What a great experience took less than 15 minutes it's unheard of. Nice lady withwith the name off Marlene Nolasco at finance help with the big smile. I highly recommend Nissan of mission hills.

  I've had the best car shopping experience so far here at Nissan of Mission Hills thanks to Patty. I highly recommend working with her. She was very helpful and informative, made the whole experience smooth and hassle free, and definitely did not come off as a regular pushy sales person. She was also able to work with me on my down payment which was amazing of her. Now I'm enjoying my brand new 2018 Nissan Altima. Thank you once again Patty and Nissan of Mission Hills!

  Overall I had an extremely positive experience with this dealership. I have to say one of the things that made this dealership exceptional was their wiliness to negotiate via emails. By opting to negotiate via email I was able to communicate with multiple dealerships and given the opportunity to choose the best deal. One thing that separated this dealership from others was their ability to give me a final price without having to come in. The other dealerships kept saying, " I am sure my boss would be able to offer you that if you were here in person." I worked with Emo and his associate and couldn't have been more thrilled.

  Got another new car from Missions Hills Nissan with the help of Francisco. He was amazing. I wanted a Nissan Rogue Sport in a specific color, interior and payment and Francisco made it happen. I will be sending all of my friends and going back when I need another car.

  I'm a difficult client because I have bad credit. Cindie East hooked me up with Oscar & Danny who got me a beautiful Rogue. They explained everything in the car. Julio in finance thoroughly explained everything to me and never made me feel bad about my credit. What a great car buying experience. From start to finish. The dealership has such a great energy and everyone is friendly helpful and more importantly no "salesmen" shenanigans. I w ill definitely be going back

  My Boyfriend got his car service this past weekend and he was so satisfied with the Customer Service he got. He took the Altima in for oil change they offer packages on monthly payments he got a quote on his breaks.   No parking lot harassment!!! A great big thank you to Emo who gave us the wonderful and friendly Sam Greene! I did some research and learned a few tips! Internet Sales save you $$$. Everything I asked for I honestly received. What I saw online is what was priced on the cars that I was interested in possibly purchasing. I can truthfully say the process went much smoother than I anticipated. This want my first choice but I'm glad that I made it my final choice.
